Wadaro customers are the owners/processors of the data provided to them by SIMQOE Wadaro ensure that subscriber privacy is maintained and managed in accordance with legal and customer-imposed requirements by offering a range of configuration options to ensure compliance. This includes the absolute protection of subscriber identity.
All SIMQOE KPIs are encrypted. All communication between platform servers is encrypted and all servers are located behind firewalls.
All data repositories in SIMQOE are encrypted. SIMQOE platform access is restricted to those who have been issued with necessary passwords, keys, or certificates.
In consultation with customer security and privacy departments, a data aging policy is applied to SIMQOE generated data ensuring that only the necessary recent data is available in the platform.
